Q.I’m struggling to login to the website?
A.The code you are issued with is case sensitive, so please ensure you enter the code as it appears in the communication you’ve received.
Q.I’ve redeemed my code and haven’t received anything?
A. 1. Please ensure you check in any Junk, Spam or Promotions folders on your mailbox. Occasionally mail providers auto-sort emails based on their content and direct your code into one of these folders.
2. If you have paid extra above your onecode value, with your Credit/Debit card then this may hold your order up due to extra checks that take place. If ordering outside of normal buisiness hours then please bear in mind it will be processed the next working day.
Q.Do I have to spend all my balance in one order?
A.No. You can use your balance across multiple orders but please not once you’ve used the last of your balance you won’t be able to log back into the portal.
Q.How are products delivered?
A.When ordering a physical product, such as a hamper, this would be delivered by courier. If ordering a digital product such as a retailer e-code, this is delivered by email. Please remember to select “Deliver content digitally by email” button when entering your email address at the checkout stage.
Q.My Link for my retailer code isn't working ?
A.If your retailer e-code arrived in your junk or spam mailbox, please move this into your main mailbox and then click on the link to open the e-code.

If you do not receive your e-gift card, please check your spam or junk folder. If the message is there, click on the email and mark it as not spam, or move it into your inbox. Now go to your inbox and you will be able to open the message and be able to click on the link and open your e-gift card.
